You may not notice it but you may have been spending more time in front of your TV lately. It may not be because there are some interesting news that you are following closely or you have just discovered an exciting series. The reason must be because you are staying home more now.

Indeed, with the present situation we are in right now, watching TV is a viable option to be entertained at home. As there are still many recreational venues closed because of the pandemic, enhancing home entertainment can be one of our options. Sometimes, social media and gaming can be also be boring. But will you be fully entertained with that old TV in front of you?

So better, decide and buy a brand new television because the number of people being affected by the coronavirus still does seem to go down despite of the vaccinations going on.

Size must most important consideration to many TV buyers. This is because the larger the screen the better is the viewing experience. 55” is the most bought TV size. You should start choosing from this one and compare other aspects such as price, audio, and warranty, among others.

Positioning

If your living room is a bit small, mounting a larger TV on the wall can be the best option. If you want to watch while busy in the kitchen, you may go for a smaller TV. Anyway, you will be the only watching alone. The same is true when you are buying one for your bedroom.

Inputs

Gone are the days when TVs are only used for watching television shows. Nowadays, most TVs have HDMI, component and composite video inputs. These allow use of TV with DVD, Blue Ray, Foxtel, and Amplifier. With USB ports, you can view movies and photos and can connect to a hard drive.

 Type

You should know the various types of TV and their difference. The more popular types are Plasma, LCD, and LED. Each type has its own pros and cons but some types may be priced to high but their advantages over other types are not really be phenomenal.

Energy Efficiency
